Pumpkin Muffins with Praline Cream Cheese

Delicious muffins with praline cream cheese!  I have already made this recipe twice this week!  So good!  Quick and easy!

Pumpkin Muffins:

1 box pumpkin bread mix
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 can pumpkin

Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray.  Mix all ingredients.  Fold in the pumpkin at the end. Use a large tablespoon and fill up the muffin cups.  Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Praline Cream Cheese:

1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup dark brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, until smooth (hand mixer works best).   Add more brown sugar, as needed, if you want the spread to be sweeter.

Pumpkin bread mix
Use 1/2 a can and save the rest for another batch.
I love the color of this batter!
Ready to go in the oven.
Ready to eat!
These taste great plain or, spread the praline cream cheese on them...a taste of fall in your mouth....really moist and good.  Enjoy!
